Subject Statements
Each curriculum subject we have has a subject leader. It is their role to be strategic and give direction for their subject, to support and give advice to colleagues. They will ensure that pupils’ progress in their subject is monitored and that there are effective resources for pupils throughout the school. The subject leader will keep up to date with developments in their subject, locally and nationally and feedback on these developments to staff. They will also review the way the subject is taught and plan for any improvements.
