Structure
We have a constitution of 10 governors as follows:
x 1 Chair
x 2 Parent Governors
x 1 Staff Governors
x 1 LA Governor
x 1 Headteacher ( Ex Officio)
x 3 Co opted Governors
x 1 Associate Governor
We ordinarily hold six GB meetings a year.
Standards and Finance are discussed at full GB meetings
We have a panel of 3 Governors for the HT appraisal/pay committee:
Mr A Afzal
Mr P Irvine
For other committees we pool in governors according to the type of committee and availability.
